Ice cream is my favorite desert, so I attempted to create the basis for an ice cream bar! This pixel playground utilized a lot of the pen tool, which was difficult, because the pen tool is very finicky. It requires very delicate, intentional mouse movements. However, I was able to get very close to the ice cream shape. I had to go rogue multiple times during the assignment, such as to color the stick. I used the paint brush tool with a very bristly brush to create texture and color, rather than a filter. Overall mine was very similar to the video, but not exactly the same. This pixel playground was also just to create the basis for ice cream bar, not necessarily all the details or the final product. It wanted basic shapes, colors, and textures. I am very proud of this project.
I have learned on Pixel Playground I prefer to do projects from scratch rather than using their files.
