Robot

During this project I learned various ways to select, group, and align objects. I also sent objects forward and backward. The overall goal was to put the robot together.

Most of this project involved selecting, deselecting, and undoing. Therefore, most of what I did wasn't actually saved or relevant. This led to very little obstacles. The only real one I had was when I was asked to align an object vertically based on anchor points. I used the direct selection tool, but when I clicked the vertical align button, it worked the object. I deselected it and tried two more times. I eventually did it correctly.

I used the selection tool, direct selection tool, group selection tool, group, vertical and horizontal align. I aligned based on selection and the art board.

I did go rogue. I don't like the color orange they used for the mouth. Plus, green looks like a more robotic color to me, so I made the mouth green. I also liked the mask for the robot. I hid it again like he instructions said so I would know how to do it, but then I brought it back. I made the outline green. I made the eye color darker so it looked like it was behind the tinted mask.
