Before deciding to make a USA Flag, I also tried to create or edit a message in a bottle, lunar landscape, blue truck, and red truck. All came with many obstacles.
In the USA Flag project, the goal was to create a USA Flag. I did this, but in small chunks. First I had to design the text. This involved getting the words "USA" and a flag picture. I edited it so the "USA" was filled with a design that looks like the US flag, instead of it being black text. Then I outlined the text in red, white, and blue. I then warped the text so it was curved, like a flag.
Then I designed the banner. This was created using the pen tool to outline the shape of a banner. I then filled it in with one of my favorite shades of blue. Next, I used the colors black and white to shade it and make it appear three dimensional.
Lastly, I designed the pole by creating a rectangle shape, making it gold, and making it appear three dimensional.
